Camber Jindabyne offers 6 bedrooms, all with deluxe hotel quality king size beds which can be split into king-singles to meet guest requirements. Two bedrooms feature full ensuites and all have built-in wardrobes providing ample hanging and shelf space allowing guests to fully unpack. The expansive double-glazed windows in every bedroom will delight guests as they showcase the beautiful natural landscape.
All four bathrooms are fitted with stunning contemporary finishes including twin overhead/handheld shower heads for a subtle indulgence and the built in vanities allow plenty of storage space including supplied hair dryers. Both family bathrooms have double basins and one features a relaxing large bath to unwind or wash the mud off little ones.
Beds & baths
The modern kitchen and adjacent butlers pantry are an entertainer's delight containing high-end appliances and cookware. They include two fridges - one oversized with built-in filtered water, double Bosch ovens, 5 zone induction cooktop, and two integrated Bosch dishwashers for easy clean up. Early morning wake-ups are made easy with the automatic Delonghi espresso machine, toaster and kettle, plus a large capacity Smeg blender. Plenty of quality cookware, bakeware, servingware and utensils are available for all your culinary needs suitable for large family-style meals or refined dining.
The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area including a 6 seat island bench top for casual meals and a solid timber 12 seat dining table to fit the whole family. The area is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows so you’ll never miss a sunset or sunrise during meal time.
Kitching & dining
There are two living areas in the house. The more formal living room flows from the kitchen and dining area and contains a large 4 seat leather sofa, lounge chairs, and comfortable under window bench seating. A 85” smart-tv and soundbar are available to suit your viewing preferences, and the inviting fireplace will set the atmosphere for a cosy evening inside. The second living area is a casual space to curl up with a book or give younger guests a space of their own. Two large sofas, a 80” smart-tv and a large bookcase stocked with popular books and games for children and adults provide options to suit all ages.
There is also a dedicated study nook for two with plenty of workspace and two Samsung monitors should work meet leisure during your high-country escape. High-speed wifi is provided throughout the house.
Living & study
The massive mudroom and laundry has been thoughtfully designed to ensure practically meets organisation. It is fitted out with a large capacity Samsung washer and heat pump dryer, large basin, and plenty of drying space with hooks and custom bench seating. An iron and ironing board are provided. There is direct internal access from the laundry room to the attached oversized double garage. The garage has automatic doors and plenty of secure storage for bikes and skis/snowboards. There is plenty of additional driveway parking.
Laundry & mudroom
Outside, guests can take in the expansive mountain and farmland views from the large timber deck off the living areas. It is equipped with a BBQ and adjacent firepit.
There is a fully fenced house paddock with gravel and grassy areas to run and play. Beyond the fences are grazing cattle, horses in neighbouring properties, and local wildlife including deer, kangaroos, wombats, emus and echidnas.
Outdoor
The property features polished concrete floors with hydronic heating/cooling, keeping you warm in winter and cool for the warmer months, along with ceiling fans throughout. Sensor lighting is installed at the front entrance and the front-door is controlled by a user-friendly keypad for guest safety and security on-site.
